Tent Capacity

Without tent walls, the tent capacity is 275 seated.

If tent walls are requested, then the tent capacity is 200.

Set up and Teardown

Venue will not provide setup or teardown of items other than Farmhouse tables & chairs (if rented). Cleanup is available for an additional fee. Please inquire about cleanup and damage form for details. 

Decor Restrictions

Within the tent and lounge, decorations may not be hung with nails, tacks, screws, etc., which will damage the venue. Due to potential damage and/or difficulty in cleaning up, rice, confetti, artificial flower petals, glitter, pyrotechnics and sparklers are not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Tables, Chairs, Linens & Sound

We provide custom wooden Farmhouse tables and cross-back chairs FOR RENT, for up to 200 people. We DO NOT provide linens or sound equipment. See Additional Rentals for pricing on tables & chairs.

Candles

Candles are allowed as long as they are enclosed in glass and not left unattended.

Smoking

This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. This includes vaping, e-cigarettes, illegal substances, etc.

Alcohol Requirements

We allow self-serve bars with proper host liquor liability coverage purchased with your event insurance and provided to the venue. No cash bars allowed, unless provided by a properly licensed vendor. Regardless of the route you choose, we recommend a professional bar service to handle and serve your alcohol. We require proof of insurance and their bartending certificates per the contract.
