Planning your wedding or event is stressful. Our goal is to help check off some of those big ticket items so you don’t have to worry about sourcing the necessities. Whether you are local or this is a destination wedding, we want to help make this a little bit easier.

The flathead Package

$3,500

 Enjoy the beauty and simplicity of the Farmhouse to make your day picture perfect. The Farm is yours for one night to dance and party the night away under the beautiful Montana sky!​​​​​​​​​​​

The Swan Package

$6,000

The Farm is yours for the weekend. Turn your special day into a memorable getaway and enjoy the breathtaking views this property has to offer.

​​Take advantage of the entire Farm for bridal party games, a rehearsal dinner, or a welcome party. 

​​​

Friday 7 AM-Sunday 11:45 PM

Included items:

  • White event tent for up to 300 seated guests

  • Adjacent cocktail lounge with bar and dancefloor

  • Bridal suite for getting ready

  • Ceremony arch

  • Cocktail tables

  • Yard games (Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, Ladder Ball, Connect4)

  • Restroom trailers for up to 150 guests

Custom wooden farmhouse-style 8ft tables - $100 per table

Custom wooden farmhouse-style 4ft sweetheart table - $75

Walnut cross-back chairs with cream pad - $10 per chair

The farmhouse

  • The Farmhouse is currently unavailable with venue rental

  • The Farmhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that can sleep up to 10 people MAX. It includes one king bed, three queen beds, a twin and an air mattress. We also include a pack n’ play for any kiddo! 

  • The interior of the home is equipped with an updated kitchen, comfortable seating areas to relax, games and books.​

  • Outside on the deck, you can enjoy a large farm-style table, comfortable seating, yard games and more

  • IF The Farmhouse becomes available:

    • Day-use rental is available only during the week (Monday-Thursday) for The Flathead Package and will be rented at $300 per day.

    • Overnight accommodation rentals during the week for The Flathead Package will be rented at $650 per night.

    • Overnight accommodation rentals during the weekend for The Swan Package will be rented at $850 per night with a 2 night minimum.

the bridal coop

  • Nestled next to The 1937 Granary sits a quaint cottage we affectionately call the Bridal Coop. This space is the perfect get ready spot for the Bridal Party. A vanity area, kitchenette with a small beverage fridge, and relaxing couches await. Just steps away from the ceremony locations and reception area.

  • Note: Only available the day of your wedding or event.

the farm shed lounge

  • Next to the event tent is a covered Farm Shed that we have transformed into a cocktail lounge. This building offers a large bar, cozy lighting and a dancefloor.

  • In case of inclement weather, this can be transformed into a covered ceremony location.

the venue

  • During your rental, you have access to the Farm property (unless otherwise specified) from 7 AM-11:45 PM each day of your booking period.

  • If booking The Swan Package, feel free to use the Farm for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, brunches, etc. during your three days.

  • If renting our tables & chairs, we provide set-up and tear-down of those.

  • We have multiple ceremony locations you may choose from.

  • Day-of-Coordinator or full Event Planner is required for events over 75 people.

  • Event Insurance is required for the duration of rental period (see contract for details).

  • BYOB is allowed with proper Host Liquor Liability coverage (see contract for details). However, we recommend a professional service.

  • No cash bars.

  • ​All other services (catering, etc.) must be provided by licensed vendor.

  • ​Restrooms trailers will be provided for up to 150 people ONLY. If event is lager than 150 people, Client must provide additional restroom trailer (no porta-potties).

  • If clean up isn't adequate, there will be an additional fee of $300 (see contract for details).

  • Dry camping is available for $30 per tent/trailer per night.

the event tent

  • Tent Capacity: 300 people

  • We provide a 40’x90’ event tent that offers 360 degree views. We have optional tent walls that can be set up in case of inclement weather. 

  • Bistro lights are installed for general lighting - if additional lighting is preferred, please inquire for vendor requirements.

  • If you are looking for additional guests for a larger wedding, please inquire for custom arrangements.
